What do you gain from different stages of learning within the Celestial School System's WWG program?

A person who wants to learn WWG writes me this.

Generally speaking, there are varying levels of proficiency in divination. Not every "advanced class" taught by a teacher truly offers "advanced content." Because there is no standard in this industry, the distinction between advanced and low-level largely depends on the teacher's skill and knowledge. If a teacher lacks sufficient skill and hasn't been exposed to the teachings of others, they may consider their own level to be high enough and naturally label their class as advanced. However, from our perspective, we do not believe in the existence of beginner or advanced classes because in reality, there will always be someone more knowledgeable than oneself. Therefore, my WWG framework does not categorize into beginner, intermediate, or advanced levels (the beginner, intermediate, or advanced showed is only to give an idea to general people). Instead, it is divided into levels such as Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, and so on. Currently, the highest level is Level 5. However, there are always students who surpass the Level 5 research and knowledge, as excellence comes from continuous improvement. So, what can the levels in my system actually analyze? What sets it apart from other schools?

This hexagram pertains to a legal dispute or compensation.

Q: Will I get compensated?

S: S-self; O-Opponent; Officer-dispute

At Stage 1 of learning, you will be able to discern the following:

  1. Determining the focal point of the hexagram, which is how to identify the "useful god" (the primary influencing line). This is the “secret” (already made public about the general idea) of our lineage. Once you understand this secret, interpreting the hexagram and identifying the useful god becomes much easier. For example, in the case of a legal dispute hexagram, the useful god would be the Self Line which represents the querent and the Object Line which represents the opponent. (In other schools of thought, whether the lines representing the querent and the situation are considered the useful god is a subject of debate.)

  2. The concept of "hidden spirit" (parent line) that whether they can emerge (aka "fly-out"). We have clear guidelines for what qualifies as an emerged "hidden spirit" and what does not. Many people study WWG based on the classical Wild Crane, which does not provide effective rules in this regard. The ability to determine whether the hidden spirit can emerge and the subsequent interpretation of the result is often indistinguishable without clear guidelines.

  3. Assessing how the line is measured, prosperity or weak. The moving third line (sibling line) is influenced by the month branch in peer (energy increase) but is also affected by the day branch in exhaustion (energy decrease). So, is it a sign of prosperity or decline? (This is another topic of endless debate, as determining prosperity or decline is not straightforward. In that case, how do you answer whether the hexagram result is good or bad?)

  4. Furthermore, what is the purpose of determining the prosperity or weak line? In general, most people consider prosperity as favourable and weak as unfavourable. But in this hexagram, the asset line is clashed by the month branch (weak) yet simultaneously generated by the day branch (strong). Is it considered good or bad? (Does generation and restriction 生剋 determine the outcome? But at the same time, prosperity and weak 旺衰 determine the outcome? How do you explain such contradictions? Teachers in the field may eventually tell you that learning divination requires some intuition. Why rely on intuition? Because logic is no longer applicable at a certain stage, so you need intuition. Really? Is relying solely on intuition truly accurate? Is it a responsible approach? Can you be right with intuition every time? 100 out of 100?) ( P/S: Divination is a logic study, not an intuitive study...)

  5. In this hexagram, there are two asset lines—one with the self line and the other with the object line. When the sibling line moves and restrict the asset line, is it considered as hurting the wealth of the self line or the object line? (Unable to distinguish? Again, it eventually comes down to intuition. aka "guessing"))

In summary, Level 1 encompasses a thorough understanding of these foundational rules. For our school, rules mean rules, it is logical to support the entire reading framework and will not be clashing the reading. (which ends up using intuition) In other words, it can be tested over and over again, and the results will always be stable. Generally, upon completing this level, you would have attained knowledge equivalent to the "advanced" content offered externally.

In the second stage of learning:

This case needs knowledge of the competition divination method. It is unlikely that first-level students will be able to answer such questions with great accuracy. The reading is as follows:

  1. In this hexagram, we need to determine the primary and secondary useful god. The primary useful god is the self and object line, and the secondary useful god is the officer line. (The concept of primary and secondary useful god is unique to our lineage and not commonly taught in other schools, as it is one of the secrets of our school.)

  2. The self line is the victim and the fault lies with the Object line, (this is considered auspiciousness reading), and furthermore, there is strong evidence that A is in the right, (and this is considered extend of the result). (Self Line holds the offspring line with the index of +6, while the object line holds the asset line).

  3. The Self Line will ultimately emerge victorious in the legal dispute. (the sibling line restricted the asset line from the Object Line)

The second level is about directly learning to read the ultimate outcome of a situation, whether it is good or bad. In our school, we design the accuracy of this stage at up to 95%, while the theoretical accuracy is 100%. The remaining 5% error rate is due to a small portion of other factors, which we refer to as "chaotic hexagrams." Chaotic hexagrams are explained in the final part of the second-level course and are one of the openly shared secrets of our lineage. Some may doubt how it is possible to achieve 100% accuracy. That's where the secret lies! Otherwise, what would differentiate our school from others? After completing the course, you will understand how we achieve the theoretical 100% accuracy. This is a promise that our school dares to make while others may not. However, even with 100% or 95% accuracy, what exactly are the details? It is impossible to know. Let's not forget that the devil is in the details. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Stage three reading:

  1. The compensation will not be obtained smoothly, and the opposing party will counterclaim (Sibling Line moves at the Object Line that holding the Bird).

  2. The opposing party's financial capacity allows for a maximum compensation of $20,000. If $20,000 is considered a reasonable compensation, a successful settlement can be reached (Sibling Line holds the Chen Earth).

  3. If the compensation is below $20,000 and the opposing party refuses, the litigation can be continued (The sibling line is extremely prosperous, and the Self line holds the prosperous offspring line).

  4. In continuing the litigation, the prosecutor will absolutely stand on the Self Line's side, so there is no need to worry about losing the case (Self Line peer with the Day Branch).

The focus of this stage of learning is to understand how and when to advance and retreat through details. While the second stage focused on determining the overall outcome but couldn't assess the actual extent. In this stage, we directly learn precise figures. These factors help in maximizing benefits and avoiding significant losses. Note that the practical application extends far beyond this case study, and it's impossible to fully describe it here. In practice, we use the five key points of people, matter, time, space, and object to analyze the details within the hexagram. This stage helps in strategy planning.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Stage Four:

  1. This case needs to be resolved swiftly, as prolonging it would diminish the benefits, even though the prosecutor is on your side (Sibling Line transforms into Retreating spirit).

  2. By engaging the lawyer from X Law Firm, the compensation can be increased by 30% (Parent Line "fly-out" as a hidden spirit to generate the Sibling Line).

In this stage, we can observe that we have moved far beyond mere predictions. From the third stage onwards, we learn how to maximize benefits. The client in this case wasn't aware beforehand that they could seek assistance from another law firm. With the help of this hexagram, we delve deeper into solving the problem, expanding it to areas the client hadn't considered. In fact, the specific address of X Law Firm was discovered through this process. The client had never thought of approaching this particular firm. The interpretation in the fourth stage show here only scratches the surface. In reality, there are many aspects that go beyond the scope of the hexagram. In other words, we consider factors beyond the immediate issue. For example, this hexagram also indicates that the querent's mental and emotions will be strained, so even though there may be a method to increase the compensation by 30%, it may not be necessary to pursue it. In summary, this stage offers liberation by exploring answers beyond the immediate problem, and we can uncover solutions that address various aspects.
